Having spent 30+ years in the corporate world, I have seen powerful women trying so hard to ‘look the part’ or ‘fit the executive profile’ and as a result, struggle to show up as their powerful, authentic selves!
I strongly believe that in order to be successful, you do not need to check who you are at the door. Rather, I believe that expressing who you are in a real & authentic way, is what makes you truly the BEST leader you can be!
